Public Benefit
The staff and Governors of St. Mary's recognise that the school has a clear responsibility to both the local and wider communities in terms of public benefit. These are some of the ways in which St. Mary's school endeavours to fulfil that responsibility.
* We provide an excellent all-round education to boys and girls aged 2½ - 13.
* We offer qualified support to children who have additional learning needs.
* We give open access to our facilities (buildings and grounds) to a number of organisations, both local and from further afield.
* We offer means-tested Bursary awards (see Bursaries page) designed to encourage access to St. Mary's for children who otherwise would not be able to benefit from a St. Mary's education.
