Last Wednesday, the Under 11 B team welcomed Mowden to the back pitches for a closely fought and entertaining game. We got off to the perfect start, with two wickets in our first over immediately putting our opposition under pressure in bat. There was some excellent bowling throughout the innings, with all of our players showing great consistency. Our strong bowling performance allowed Mowden to bat well and kept the game flowing, with plenty of attacking shots towards the boundary. Despite this, we managed to keep things under control in the field. 

As we came in to bat, we managed to level Mowdens score throughout, edging slowly ahead towards our final overs with some well communicated runs and some calculated batting. 

It was a great afternoon of cricket, played in excellent spirit. Thank you to Mowden for an enjoyable match!
