The Form 4's enjoyed a glorious sunny afternoon at Fettes playing mixed cricket. The sun was shining the children mixed well with their Fettes friends and they put their cricket skills into action. We split into 4 mixed teams and played a match each. Mr Rawson and I were in charge of the Buffalo's and the Springboks. We had a very close match with the Springbok's just clinching the win on the final innings. Mr Mill and Miss Kane were in charge of the Tigers and Lions who finished with a draw, again it was a very close match throughout. It was super to hear all the positive feedback from the children; everyone had a different favourite part of the match ranging from batting, bowling, catching, and fielding. We finished with a tasty match tea in front of the pavilion sitting on the grass in the sunshine. Well, done everyone.
