Home grown rhubarb for lunch
Harvest time this morning – batch one of the rhubarb will go into a delicious crumble for lunch. Thanks to the kitchen and to the farmers this morning.
Fun fact – one of the plants came from the Kelso countryside day, so harvest time is to the day, exactly one year! It deserved its name of Goliath – the leaves are absolutely massive.




And also starting off some salad cress for the indoor farm.
